1Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by RDPDatabase ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including our website, customer dashboard, and any associated software or infrastructure.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RDPDatabase. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2Accounts & Eligibility
To use our services, you must register for an account. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
3Services & Availability
RDPDatabase provides shared remote desktop servers, virtual private servers, dedicated servers, and related infrastructure services ("Services"). We aim to maintain a 99.9% uptime across all services, as defined in our Service Level Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice, except in emergency situations where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of our network or comply with legal requirements.
Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email and our status page. Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice.
4Acceptable Use
You may use our services for any lawful purpose. Permitted uses include but are not limited to:
- Remote work and accessing business applications
- Algorithmic trading and financial automation
- Software development, testing, and deployment
- Legal web scraping and data collection
- Content streaming and media production
- Running scheduled tasks, bots, and automation scripts for lawful purposes
- Privacy protection through IP masking for lawful activities
5Prohibited Activities
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund. We take abuse seriously and actively monitor for violations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our infrastructure:
- Illegal content: Hosting, distributing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that violates applicable law, or stolen data
- Network attacks: DDoS attacks, port scanning, network intrusion, or any form of cyber attack against third parties
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or any form of spam communication
- Malware: Hosting, distributing, or executing malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious software
- Cryptocurrency mining: Using our servers for cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval
- Copyright infringement: Hosting or distributing pirated software, media, or other copyrighted materials
- Fraud: Engaging in identity theft, phishing, carding, or any other fraudulent activity
- Reselling without authorization: Reselling or subletting our services without explicit written permission
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect site functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.
6Payment & Billing
All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise specified. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the selected service plan on a recurring basis.
- Payments are due on the same date each billing cycle
- We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards, Bitcoin, and selected altcoins
- Failed payments will result in a grace period of 3 days before service suspension
- All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice

7Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees after the grace period
- Activity that endangers the security or performance of our network
- Receipt of a valid legal order requiring suspension or termination
- Fraudulent or deceptive conduct in connection with your account
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. We will retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RDPDatabase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Service interruptions, however caused
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9Intellectual Property
Our website, logo, dashboard software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by RDPDatabase and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your own purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to any content, data, or software you upload to or run on your server. We make no claim over your data.
10Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action.
