Refund Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2025
1Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your RDPDatabase service. This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances we offer refunds, how to request one, and how long it takes to process.
Our commitment: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new server orders. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, contact our support team and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
230-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new service purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. To qualify:
- The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The guarantee applies to your first order of each service type (Shared RDP, VPS, Dedicated)
- You must contact us via our support portal or email — refund requests submitted through other channels may not be processed
We do not require a reason for the refund request within this 30-day window. Your satisfaction is all that matters.
3Eligible Refund Scenarios
Beyond the 30-day guarantee, we also issue refunds in the following situations:
Service Outages Exceeding SLA
If your server experiences cumulative downtime that exceeds our 99.9% uptime SLA in a given month, you are entitled to a prorated service credit for the excess downtime period. Extended outages may qualify for a partial or full monthly refund.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly — duplicate charges, wrong plan pricing, or charges after cancellation — we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount within 5 business days of confirmation.
Service Not Delivered
If your server was not provisioned within 24 hours of payment due to a technical error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or a service credit of your choosing.
Significant Service Degradation
If your server has experienced repeated, documented performance issues that our team has been unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours), you may request a partial or full refund at our discretion.
4Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for service suspensions or terminations due to violations of our Terms of Service, including prohibited activities.
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee window on renewal orders
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance)
- Performance issues caused by your own software, scripts, or configuration
- Cryptocurrency payments that cannot be reversed (crypto payments are final by their nature; we offer store credit in these cases)
- Requests for partial-month refunds on mid-cycle cancellations (you retain access until the end of your billing period)
- One-time setup fees, if applicable
