Can't connect — "Unable to connect to the remote PC"
This usually means either your IP is wrong, port 3389 is blocked, or your server is offline. Double-check the IP in your welcome email and try pinging it. If the server is online, contact our support team to check if port 3389 is reachable from your location.
Certificate warning every time I connect
This is normal on first connect. To stop the warning, open the PC settings in the app and check Trust the certificate always (the exact wording varies by platform).
Session keeps disconnecting
On mobile, background app refresh can kill the connection. Keep the app in the foreground or use your device's split-screen mode to keep it active. Also check if your mobile data connection is stable — switching between WiFi and cellular can drop sessions.
If none of these steps work, open a support ticket via our contact page. Our team can remotely diagnose connection issues in most cases within minutes.
